Meditation, Breath Work, and the Practice of Yin Yoga

This three part workshop will take you on a journey into the soul. With the practice of seated meditation, breath work, and deep stretching you will learn to feel more at ease in your body and mind. The practice of yoga is about finding your way to a wholistic understanding of the interaction between body, mind, and breath, and how that interaction causes you to feel a certain way in your physical body. 
 
Throughout these sessions you will deepen your yoga practice, your knowledge of Buddhism, and you will discover how to tap fully into the present moment by using different techniques of breath work; thereby, providing you with the tools to take this practice and that wisdom into your daily life.

  • May 15th 1 PM to 5 PM
  • May 22nd 2 PM to 4 PM
  • $150 per person
