Winter Fit “Boot Camp”

Winter Fit Bootcamp

Own your winter this year by preparing your body and mind for whatever mother nature throws your way.  Winter Fit bootcamp is a 9-week long program designed to create stronger, longer, and more durable bodies that can withstand the elements and keep you playing hard.

Participants enrolled in Winter Fit will choose 2 of the 3 ninety-minute sessions offered per week to attend. Each 90-minute session will incorporate sports-specific strength training, cardio/interval and agility drills, balance challenges, and mobility and injury prevention training.    In addition to the two Winter Fit specific classes, non-members can attend any two additional Pursue JH group fitness classes per week, and members will continue to have unlimited access to all Pursue JH group fitness classes.

Session Dates: October 4, 2021 – December 4, 2021

Session Times (participants choose 2 per week): 

  • Mondays: 5:30pm – 7:00pm with Laura & Ryan
  • Wednesdays: 12:00pm – 1:30pm with Laura &Terry
  • Saturdays: 10:30am – 12:00pm Terry & Ryan

Cost:

  • Pursue JH Members: $499 for Winter Fit Bootcamp – Includes two 90-minute Winter Fit Sessions per week + unlimited access to Pursue JH group fitness classes.
  • Non-Pursue JH Member: $999 for Winter Fit Bootcamp – Includes two 90-minute Winter Fit Sessions per week + 2 additional Pursue JH group fitness classes.

Winter Fit is designed to improve your performance, endurance, and limit injury for the following winter athletic endeavors:

  • Downhill Skiing
  • Backcountry Skiing
  • XC Classical & Skate Skiing
  • Snowboarding
  • Snowmobiling
  • Snow Biking
  • Hiking/Snowshoeing
