Barre targets every area of the body through challenging, high intensity, low-impact, exercises. Barre calls upon the body’s smaller, slow-twitch muscle fibers, through micro-movements and sustained holds, while incorporating props (such as hand weights, bands, playground balls, and straps) to intensify the resistance load and exercise variation. Our Hot Flow classes are a more vigorous approach to the traditional Pursue Yoga practice. This class strengthens, balances, and detoxifies your body and mind as you move through more challenging postures and connected breath. This class is for the yoga practitioner who appreciates consistency. The same 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises will be explored in 105 degrees of infrared heat, which warms the body from the inside out, flushes toxins, increases circulation, and allows pliability of the muscles without dehydrating. The most rigorous of our yoga flow practices, heated sculpt incorporates a breath to movement sequence, a challenging core set, a sculpting series that includes light resistance training with hand weights, high intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie burning effect, and an intentional cool down to enhance mobility, as you move to energizing music. BOXING
Pursue Boxing classes are a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style class. Our coaches will take you through 9-12 rounds of powerful cardio, strength training, and conditioning boxing exercises, all in one 50-60 minute class. HEATED VINYASA FLOW
Heated vinyasa flow is an energetic yoga class based on the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa system. Breath-work and the intuitive sequencing of sun salutations, standing postures, and active stretching, build a strong body and a clear mind. The room is heated to 95 degrees to promote warmth, flexibility, and detoxification.

HEATED SLOW FLOW
Our Hatha based flow was designed to slow down your mind and body. Breath exercises and/or a short meditation will be incorporated in each class. The poses will be held longer than our standard Vinyasa flow classes, and greater emphasis will be put into embracing the sensations, length, and playfulness within each pose. Slow doesn't necessarily mean less intense, and the added time spent exploring each pose will leave you feeling longer, stronger, and rejuvenated.

Heated Power Vinyasa is an uplifting, athletic yoga class that prioritizes linking breath to movement. The postures and transitions emphasize balance, strength, and creating length and space in the body. Class is sequenced using a slow to moderate pace to ensure a mindful and fortifying experience.

Our Pursue strength classes incorporate a variety of resistance training tools including plates, free weights, kettlebells, and bands to train the body to target specific muscle groups individually as well as together. Priority is given to breath, position, and alignment, before movement, so you can expect limited cardio/high impact work, which differentiates this class from our signature Pursue condition classes. FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
This 50-minute class includes a warmup, workout, and cooldown with an emphasis on learning and utilizing movements that have a broad application to our daily lives. Clients will go through a series of mobility and strength training exercises to increase stamina, durability, and both muscle and cardiovascular endurance. Class will begin with a slower moving warm up to increase body temperature and heart rate, and progress into more complex movement patterns and increased intensity and resistance where applicable. Class will conclude with a restorative cooldown to increase flexibility and mobility of joints, ligaments, and muscle tissue.
