Group Fitness Classes in Jackson Hole, WY

Together we can accomplish so much more than we ever could alone!  Group fitness classes at Pursue in Jackson, WY were designed with camaraderie in mind.  We wanted to model what it’s like to boot pack up Glory Bowl, hike to Hidden Falls in Grand Teton National Park, kayak across Jenny Lake, ski bell-to-bell at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, and bike to Yellowstone National Park and back – and still have the energy leftover to successfully fulfill our home and life responsibilities with vigor.  What do all of these outdoor adventures and athletic pursuits have in common?  They are a test of both physical and mental strength and stamina, and always more fun (and successful) with friends! 

Fitness Coaching

The group fitness class model at Pursue was created for you to get really good at doing hard things, together!  We have assembled an outstanding collection of coaches to guide you through a variety of programming that will lead you to your fitness and athletic performance goals.  Using a variety of teaching and training techniques, our instructors will guide you through mindful movement practices that will increase your strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina and improve both your cardiovascular and muscle endurance.  But we are not just interested in pushing your limits; we prioritize training in a way that promotes function and full body wellness – body, mind and spirit – so that you can excel both in fitness and in life!  

We invite you to visit our state-of-the-art training facility in beautiful Jackson, WY and come experience a group fitness class in yoga, sculpt, barre, weight lifting (strength training), conditioning, the Lagree Megaformer, cycle (spin), and recovery practices.  Our boutique-style fitness classes are small, with personalized attention to detail and to you.  You can always expect explicit verbal cueing, hands-on corrections, a killer playlist, and lot’s of good vibes!  We can’t wait to welcome you to our gym in Jackson, WY.
